Ten Rhino were airlifted to Botswana last month.

After a quarantine period where the rhinos are monitored for disease and fitted with microchips for tracking, the journey continued.
Weighing up to two and half tons, these rhinos are not easy to pack up and move.  All animals were loaded and flown in the largest aircraft to ever land at Maun International Airport.
These ten Rhino were escorted with two helicopters, several trucks, a crane and 60 armed soldiers to deter poachers.

After less than 24 hours after taking off from South Africa, the rhinos reached their new home.

A sad but necessary effort to save the species from extinction.
Certainly a project worth supporting!

Cost to move one Rhino = $45000. Please help us move the next ten Rhino to safety.
